Ordering

How do I know my order was placed?

Once you’ve completed checkout, your order number will appear on the screen. If you didn’t catch it, no worries—just check your inbox for the order confirmation email. If you don’t see it there, please take a quick look in your spam or junk folder as well.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we may be able to update or cancel it. Please reach out to us as soon as possible at hello@woodentoystory.com, and we’ll be happy to help however we can.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes! After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all your order details. If you don’t see it, please check your spam or promotions folder.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, along with other secure payment options shown at checkout. All payments are processed safely and securely.

Why was my payment declined?

Payment issues can happen for a few reasons, such as bank restrictions, incorrect details, or card limits. We recommend double-checking your information or trying a different payment method. If the issue continues, please feel free to contact us—we’re happy to help.

Are there any hidden fees?

No. The total amount you pay is clearly shown at checkout, and we never add any extra charges after your order is placed.

Shipping & Returns

Where do you ship from?

We’re happy to offer great value and reliable service. To make sure your order arrives as quickly as possible, we ship directly from our warehouses in China, Australia, or the United Kingdom, depending on availability and the fastest route.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and the carrier handling your delivery. You can track your package anytime by clicking the link in that email.

How long will delivery take?

Shipping times vary by location:

  • United States: 7–12 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 7–14 business days
  • Other International Destinations: 7–12 business days

    Note: Delivery times may be slightly longer during peak seasons.

Quality & Compliance

I have received a damaged product, what should I do?

Your satisfaction matters to us, and we stand behind every product we sell. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@woodentoystory.com within 7 days and include a photo of the damage, we’ll take care of the rest.

Are your toys safe for babies and toddlers?

Yes! Our toys are thoughtfully designed for young children and meet strict safety standards, with smooth edges and sturdy construction.

Where are your toys made?

Our toys are thoughtfully designed and crafted in China in partnership with experienced workshops and factories that prioritize quality, safety, and ethical production.

Custom Order

Do you offer OEM/ODM services?

Can you create samples or prototypes before mass production?

Absolutely. We can make prototypes and physical samples in our warehouse so you can review quality, safety, and design before moving forward.

Do you sign NDAs or protect intellectual property?

Yes. We respect your confidentiality and are happy to sign NDAs to protect your unique designs and ideas.
