WoodenToyStory Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in China) after receipt of order confirmation and payment verification. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Once an order is processed and handed to the shipping carrier, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number(s) and a link to track your package.

2. Shipping Destinations & Carriers
We are pleased to offer international shipping to a wide range of countries. Our primary shipping partners include UPS, DHL, FedEx, and national postal services like USPS, Australia Post.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your order, the selected service level, and the destination address.

The estimated delivery times below are provided by our carriers and are estimates only, not guarantees. Delays due to customs, weather, or carrier disruptions are possible.

4. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
For international orders, please be aware:

  • We are not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees levied by the destination country.

  • These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are determined solely by the customs authorities of your country.

  • Payment of these charges is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. For more information, please contact your local customs office.

5. Order Tracking
You will receive a tracking link via email once your order ships. Please use this link to monitor your package's journey. If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at hello@woodentoystory.com.

6. Shipping Address & P.O. Boxes

  • Accuracy is Critical: Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not liable for packages shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

  • Address Corrections: If you need to correct your address, contact us immediately at hello@woodentoystory.com. We can only modify the address if the order has not yet been processed and shipped.

  • P.O. Boxes: We can ship to P.O. boxes via standard postal services. Expedited courier services (e.g., UPS, DHL, FedEx) typically cannot deliver to P.O. boxes.

7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
WoodenToyStory is not liable for packages that are:

  • Lost or Stolen after being delivered to the address provided on the order.

  • Lost in Transit due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

  • Damaged in Transit by the shipping carrier.

However, we value your satisfaction:

  • Damaged in Transit: If your package arrives damaged, please accept the package from the carrier (if possible) and note the damage on the delivery receipt. Contact us at hello@woodentoystory.com within 48 hours with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly and get you a replacement or refund.

  • Lost in Transit: If your tracking information indicates that your package is lost, please contact us. We will initiate a trace investigation with the carrier. If the package is deemed lost, we will resolve the issue by either sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
